Guangxi Province is located geographically close to Vietnam. The Guangxi people have long-standing traditional friendly relations with the Vietnamese people. With the momentum of co-operative relations between Vietnam and China, the relations among localities in Vietnam and Guangxi Province have taken bold steps forwards. Bilateral relations are extending and becoming increasingly intensive. There is more and more Vietnamese people coming to Guangxi as well as Guangxi people coming to Vietnam for travel, study, business and trade opportunities.
